Excellent customer service.
Quicker delivery than expected (around 5 days).
I had a lot of trouble getting one of the lenses in, it can take a lot more force than you'd expect. There is help on google on removing and fitting new lenses.

My replacement lenses were the exact same style and color as the original ones. Sightdirect kept me updated on the status of my order through email, and my lenses arrived sooner than promised! Would definitely order from Sightdirect again. Great product, excellent customer service!

Absolutely first class service. I telephoned initially after I dropped my sunglasses. The person I spoke to, clearly explained how to remove the old lenses and replace with the new ones. The lenses arrived within the time stated and due to the clear explanation were very easy to fit. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have recommended to friends and family.

Great Service
I had dropped my Wayfarers and chipped one of the lenses so it was great to be able to order replace at a reasonable cost. I had a bit of trouble fitting the lenses but after warming the frame with a hairdryer they went in easily enough. Good quick delivery and exactly the right lenses.
