I broke my sunglasses while on holiday and was going to throw them away, then I found Sight Direct and ordered the bits I needed and yay! I got my Ray Bans back on. Would recommend and good delivery time as well. The parts are perfect and rescued a pair of sunglasses I paid a lot of money for.
First up, excellent customer service (the country i wanted the item to be shipped to was not on the list, and the blokes at Sight Direct have answered every single question i've asked, and providing detailed instructions for placing my order), secondly they ship fast. Paid before i went to bed and guess what, got an email the next day - item shipped. Will definitely do business with them again, thanks Sight Direct.
My local sunglass shop was not able to assist me in fixing a broken earpiece and suggested I would need to purchase new sunglasses. I tried Sight Direct, putting in the model information from my broken earpiece and the correct item arrived in a little over a week (had to be ordered from Rayban).
found this site by chance as was looking for replacement arm for my sun glasses (ray ban)and now they are repaired and have also recomended to freinds who also have ray ban..Will keep on file incase any more mishaps happen lol
To be able to get new lenses for my Aviators, 30 years after I bought them, and for them to be exactly the same as the originals, is nothing short of brilliant. Add to that the helpful and very quick service (next day), and you can't beat it. I would buy from them again.
I didnt even know if the spare parts I needed were available anywhere. However, because the website search facility is very easy to use, I found what I needed immediately. As promised in the update emails, I recieved the items next day - fantastic!
